Records the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle. Complete in duplicate; each party keeps a signed original.

1. The seller warrants that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle described above, that it is free of any lien, charge, hire-purchase agreement or other encumbrance, and that they have full authority to sell it.
2. The odometer reading stated is, to the seller's knowledge, the true reading.
3. Ownership, risk and responsibility for the vehicle pass to the buyer on the date of delivery recorded below, once the full consideration has been received.
4. Unless a separate written warranty is issued, the vehicle is sold as is, where is. The buyer confirms they have inspected the vehicle, or waived inspection, and accepts its condition.
5. The buyer is responsible for transfer of title, registration, insurance and any transfer tax or stamp duty from the date of delivery.
6. This Bill of Sale is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
