Rental documents & staff review

Use the Motor Vehicle Rental Agreement for staff-approved rentals. An online enquiry or a completed draft agreement does not reserve a vehicle or process payment.

New rental enquiries require full name, residential address, TRN, driver’s licence control number, phone number and email address. Staff review availability and the agreed rental period, rates, deposit and airport arrangements before approval.

Ask staff for the approved secure method before sending identity documents or sensitive identifiers; do not place them in email subject lines.
