1. This form is a request to source, not a contract of sale. Petrolex will respond with availability, the total landed cost to Kingston and the deposit required.
2. Quotations are valid for seven (7) calendar days and are subject to auction results, exchange-rate movement and Jamaica Customs Agency assessment on arrival.
3. Sourcing begins only when the deposit shown on the Petrolex invoice has been received and receipted. Deposits are applied to the purchase price.
4. Duty, GCT, environmental levy and any port or storage charges are assessed by the relevant authorities and are payable by the customer. Petrolex estimates them in good faith but does not set them.
5. Shipping schedules are set by the carrier. Estimated dates are indications, not guarantees.
6. Once a vehicle has been purchased at auction on your instruction it cannot be cancelled, and the deposit is applied against Petrolex's committed costs.
