Who we are

Petrolex Auto Imports Limited is based at 8 Dunrobin Avenue, Kingston 8, and has been importing vehicles from Japan into Jamaica since 2017. We hold stock here for customers who want to see and drive before they buy, and we source to order for customers who know exactly what they want.

The part of the job that matters is the part between the auction and your driveway: export paperwork, a sailing, customs entry, duty assessment, registration and fitness. That is where an import goes wrong, and it is what we exist to carry for you.

• A landed cost in writing before you commit to anything
• The auction sheet, grade and photographs sent to you before we bid
• Nothing bought that you have not approved in writing
• Every payment matched to an invoice reference and receipted
• One order reference from first enquiry to handover
• Your documents in your account, not in a WhatsApp thread

• No figure quoted that is not on an invoice
• No duty estimate presented as a promise — that assessment is Jamaica Customs' to make
